At Ajepomaa Gallery, we are committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently.

Processing Time

Ready-to-Wear Items: Orders are processed within 2– 4 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery Within Ghana

  • Orders within Accra are typically delivered within 1–3 business days after processing.
  • Delivery and Courier Services are OUTSOURCED and not IN-HOUSE.
  • Deliveries outside Accra may take 3–5 business days depending on the destination

International Shipping

  • International orders are shipped via DHL Ghana.
  • Duties and Tarrifs may apply after Shipping has been paid based on the Custom rules and
    regulations per country.
  • Delivery may take 5–10 business days, depending on location and customs processing.

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on location, size, and weight of the order.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes for international shipments.

Order Tracking

  • Tracking details will be shared once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Issues

Ajepomaa Gallery is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier service delays
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
  • Customs clearance for international orders

Ajepomaa Gallery Returns & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of fashion garments, we have the following policies regarding returns and exchanges.

Ready-to-Wear Returns

Ready-to-wear items may be returned or exchanged within 3 months of purchase, provided:

  • The item is unworn
  • Tags remain attached
  • The garment is in original condition
  • Receipt provided

Custom-Made Garments

  • Custom-made garments are non-refundable and non-returnable.
  • However, minor fit adjustments may be offered where applicable.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed for size adjustments or defects, subject to availability.
  • Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the item.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made garments
  • Worn or damaged items
  • Items purchased on sale or clearance

Faulty Items

If you receive a defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for revi ew.
